LIBRARY INFORMATION

The library, located in the Creative Arts & Technology Center provides a convenient spot for homeowners to borrow books without charge and without leaving SaddleBrooke Ranch. The library is located just inside the building’s main entry. The library is open the same hours as the Creative Arts and Technology Building.

Homeowners donate all of the books, which volunteer SBR residents organize, sort, label, and shelve daily.


Although there is no checkout process for books, we do ask residents to return books promptly once they have finished reading them. This will avoid lengthy wait times for other residents. When returning books, please place them in the Book Drop box just outside the library door.

We also have a Jigsaw Puzzle Exchange, also located outside the Library door. When donating a puzzle, please add a label with the date donated,and make sure the 
puzzle pieces are in a bag inside the box.

Donations
Books should be in good condition, and because of our limited space, we cannot accept standalone books published prior to 2018. However, we welcome books that are part of a current, ongoing series, regardless of date! We also will accept older “classic” books.Donations of five books or more is considered a "bulk" donation.
Bulk donations are accepted Thursdays,1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Unfortunately, again due to space limitations, we do not accept music CDs,DVDs or audio books. Magazines may be donated. Magazines published monthly are kept four months: Magazines published weekly are kept six weeks.
Any items that we cannot accept are donated to The Golden Goose. 
Except for puzzles and bulk donations, please place donated items in the drop box.
